1. Introduction

Welcome to Salamanda AI ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at salamanda-ai.xyz and our AI automation services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Company Information

Salamanda AI is operated by Salamanda AI Automation Agency. Our registered business email is info@salamanda-ai.xyz. We provide custom AI automation solutions, chatbot development, workflow automation, and consulting services to businesses worldwide.

3. Services Description

We build and deliver custom AI-powered automation solutions including but not limited to: intelligent chatbots, workflow automation, AI integrations with third-party platforms, custom AI model development, process consulting, and ongoing support and training. All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Pricing & Payment

Project fees are outlined in individual Statements of Work (SOW) or proposals. Payment terms are agreed upon per project and documented in the SOW. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards via Stripe. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the SOW.

5. Project Delivery & Revisions

Delivery timelines are estimated and depend on client responsiveness and requirement clarity. The number of revision rounds is defined in your SOW. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may be billed at our standard rates. We will not proceed to subsequent phases until prior deliverables are approved.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the custom automation workflows and chatbots built for their business. We retain ownership of underlying frameworks, templates, and reusable components. Client data remains the sole property of the client and will not be used to train models for other clients without explicit consent.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, business processes, and data as strictly confidential. We will not disclose any proprietary information to third parties except as required by law or with your prior written consent. We maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salamanda AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total project fee paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. If you terminate after work has commenced, you will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date. If we terminate for cause (non-payment, abusive behavior, or legal compliance), no refund will be provided for work already performed.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Salamanda AI is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall first attempt to be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
